The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are processed by the vw018 finance team within an average of 10 minutes for requests submitted between 06:00 and 22:00 WIB, and within 15 minutes for overnight requests (22:00–06:00 WIB). Processing times may be extended if KYC verification is pending, if a withdrawal triggers an enhanced due-diligence review, or during periods of unusually high transaction volume such as Idul Fitri or Lebaran.
vw018 requires that each deposit be wagered at least once (1x) in real-money play before a withdrawal of the deposited principal is permitted. This requirement is designed to prevent the use of the Platform as a payment-processing intermediary. Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the same account may be subject to additional verification.
Important: Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your vw018 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. If your registered name and payment method name do not match, contact support before requesting a withdrawal.
All Account Balances, Wagers, and payouts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). vw018 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or cryptocurrencies. Any transfer received in a currency other than IDR will be returned to the sender and the associated deposit will not be credited.
vw018 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free-bet promotions, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian holidays and sporting events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, the AFF Cup, and BRI Liga 1 fixtures. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry period. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of the Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. Wagers placed at odds below the minimum threshold specified in the promotion terms will not count toward wagering requirement completion.
vw018 monitors all bonus activity for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedged wagering across multiple outcomes to clear wagering requirements with minimal financial exposure, coordinated multi-account bonus harvesting, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, vw018 reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them, and to close the offending Account with immediate effect.
Bonus Funds that have not been fully wagered within the period specified in the applicable promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Member's Account Balance without further notice. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated or extended.
A Wager is only accepted and becomes binding once vw018 confirms the bet via an on-screen confirmation and the bet reference number is assigned. vw018 reserves the right to refuse or limit any Wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where the bet exceeds the maximum stake limit for the relevant market, where unusual betting patterns are detected, or where an error in odds is suspected.
vw018 reserves the right to void any Wager placed at odds that were published due to a palpable error — defined as an odds price that is clearly and materially incorrect relative to the true market price at the time the bet was accepted. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's Account in full.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to additional rules including latency delays and market suspension during key match events. vw018 cannot guarantee real-time accuracy of in-play market data and accepts no liability for decisions made by Members based on in-play statistics displayed on the Platform.
Mix parlay (accumulator betting combining multiple selections) bets are subject to the following specific rules: all individual selections within a mix parlay must settle as winners for the bet to win; if one selection is voided, the parlay reverts to the next lower number of selections; minimum odds per selection in a mix parlay are as displayed at the time of bet placement; and mix parlay bets may not include more than one selection from the same match event.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on vw018 are governed by the official draw results published by the relevant draw authority for each market (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and other available draws). Results are published on the Platform in real time (WIB). Disputes regarding togel results must be submitted to support within 24 hours of the draw result publication. No disputes will be considered after this window.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vw018 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all bets and balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:
Zero Tolerance Policy: vw018 employs a dedicated security and integrity team that monitors all Platform activity in real time. Accounts found engaging in any prohibited conduct will be closed without prior notice, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and where criminal activity is suspected, the matter will be referred to the relevant Indonesian and international authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, adapt, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of vw018.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game or the recording of a Wager, vw018 reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the Member's Account. This applies to software errors in casino games, data feed failures in live sportsbook markets, and togel result feed disruptions. vw018 will not honor payouts generated by game malfunctions that produce results outside the normal parameters of the game in question.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vw018's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided thereunder, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their vw018 Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. vw018 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
A Member may close their vw018 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending Wagers will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules, all valid Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited, and any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method via the fastest available channel. Account closure requests are typically processed within 3 business days.
vw018 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member's Account with or without prior notice in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing activity; receipt of a chargeback from the Member's payment provider; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; self-exclusion request; or reasonable suspicion that the Member is under 21 years of age.
Members who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section of their Account settings or by contacting customer support. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be locked against all betting activity and no promotional communications will be sent. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the elected period expires will not be honored for exclusion periods of 6 months or longer.
vw018 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published at https://vw018.app/terms-conditions with the effective date prominently displayed. Where amendments are material — affecting Member rights, deposit/withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms — vw018 will provide reasonable advance notice via on-site notification or registered email. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which vw018 operates internationally. vw018 is licensed and regulated internationally and operates the Platform in compliance with the licensing conditions of its issuing authority.
